Hey, if it weren't for baby b-ball none of us would be able to air it out in the flats like we do.

Everyone from DC sucks, wait I'm from DC. How humiliating, I just said that I suck.

Sparky Here
Just saw this and though I would post my comment since I was mentioned. First I would like to comment on the Posers from the city part. I would like to let my fellow paddlers from the city know that I like most of the rest of us that paddle enjoy more then one lifestyle, and that those other past times come at different times of the year. (I am spending more time on the rivers this winter because I dont have to funds to snowboard as much as I would like.)
Also I realize the most of the city paddlers have more talent in their PFD's then I will ever have. I suffer through the winter sessions because I love to paddle and am lookin for ways to improve my skills at any cost.
I am proud to call anyone who picks up a paddle my friend. It doesnt matter if they only pick up a paddle once a year or once a month. There is a common bond that draws us to the river even though it may be a little different for each of us.
I look forward to seeing ya all on the river weather it be in the eddy waiting for my turn in the hole, or running the next rapid or sharing beers after ward. Peace

And I am always looking to get in on a trip!
