Ocoee question

The TVA website says that Ocoee #2 is spilling until further notice. Does that mean the river's running?

subtract 1050 from number 3 release to figure out how much is in the river. the 1050 is going through the flume. the remainder is spilling.

As of 1/9 64 was closed along the lake due to landslide. you can go through greasy creek or from nc side.
