Well it seems we have hit a bump in the road. More or less a cheap shot, the lawyer of the Glenwood springs hot springs pool and lodge was to scared to bring this to our attention three years ago when we first starting with this project. A lot of there aligations are also based on nothing but theory, supported with little to no facts. They compare the proposed features to dams on the upper roaring fork, which have no similarities when it comes to flood plains, and well, i wonder if anyone at the pool has seen what a wwp looks like:

THis is aggravating for me, we have spent a lot of time and effort on this to just have it shut down by a rich business not willing to look into it, but rather close the chapter. The lawyer of the pool also sent a letter with false information to our GOCO conserning our grant. Cheap shot!

The pool used to be cool but that just sucks. They should know that if we have comps every one will go to the pool after. Every one goes to the pool anything that will bring people to this town will bring money to the pool. They just don't get it. They think they run the damn town.

Hell if i was a tourist and had to pay $13.50 to get in a pool i'd tell'em to screw off any way. Thats what the river's for.

My old man has talked with the lawyers of the pool, they are willing to supply us with at least 50K if we choose an alternate site. This might actually work out better, and make both parties look good. They are for it, They just dont want to loose there main source of water.

But where? We need easy acess like at 2 rivers we don't wanna tromp through the bonies to have a comp or on private land. That 50K would be really nice though
