Glad to see another montana paddler besides Dan. Your inquiry suggests I'm not the only one that is having difficulty finding people in mt to paddle with. :Wall I'm over in the Bitterroot so I'm about 1/2 between you and Dan. Rivers are down here and even the creeks are a little sketchy. I'd be happy to paddle with you sometime. :) If interested, ask, and I'll get you my number and contact info. hey have you guys paddled any of the gallitin canyon, im from jackson hole area and have driven through there a time or two. thanks

heya ninja,

i haven't paddled in the gallitin for a few years. jordan is probably your best bet for that area. if your interested in coming a little farther west and north I would be happy to help out with information or go paddling with you. My typical areas are centered around the the Bitterroot/Blackfoot (near Missoula, MT) area going as far south as Salmon, Idaho and to the Lochsa (Idaho) area. If you can go farther north and west to the Libby, MT area- Dan Blackburn is the guy to find. Regardless, have a great day and stay wet.
