That sounds very much like an RPM to me. It has been awhile since I worked on a boat design, maybe this would be a good boat to create. It would of course be composite layup, most folks seem to want $1000 plastic boats.

Said boat would need to be able to surf the short steep waves with aplomb as well as creek steeps in style. Hmmmmm.

but i wouldnt mold one, if thats what your asking. i dont know of many for sale

I would only use an existing boat as a starting point as long as its striaght and true. An outside mold can be easily modified into a plug to your own design then tested to see if it will perform as intended.

I built myself a boat years ago based on the premise that it could be cut down into a squirt boat.
